  • Yes! Getting adjusted during pregnancy can be beneficial for both mom and baby. Chiropractic care can help make sure mom’s pelvis is balanced, giving optimal space for baby to grow and move. This helps baby get into a head-down position and prevent breech presentation. Chiropractic can also help mom with symptoms such as low back pain, neck pain, heartburn, constipation, headaches, migraines, carpal tunnel syndrome, and more. Women who receive chiropractic care throughout their pregnancy have been shown to have shorter labor times (citation), so it is a good idea to establish care as soon as you find out you are pregnant!

  • Yes! Chiropractic can help babies with a number of symptoms, such as colic, reflux, constipation, difficulty breastfeeding, torticollis (head tilt), plagiocephaly (flattening of the head), ear infections, and more. We also love seeing infants on a wellness basis to assess the nervous system and help your little one achieve optimal health and function!

  • You do not need a referral to see a chiropractor.
